The Rooky Rebounds are our Starters Team. This is where any dog, from 12 months onwards, who is just a beginner, can have a go at Flyball competitions without it all getting too serious. There is netting down the runs to avoid any conflict, and the jumps are set much lower.

| Hi, I'm Benji, and I am from the energetic end of the dog world. My owners have never really seen me tired, I can pull off a full day competing at flyball and next day go out and herd the sheep or run next to my owner's bike for hours. I am a rescue and I am probably around 2 years old. When I was rescued I used to be quite aggressive around other dogs, but it was only frustration and excess energy - I had to use my intelligent mind to something! I love flyball and get VERY focused and run VERY fast to fetch the ball - I'm not called Blue Stealth for nothing! I'm a pure working dog; working is what I live for. I prefer working to anything else boring such as sleeping or eating. Resting is a waste of good working time! | |
| I'm Alfie, a 2 year old collie X. I was rescued from Ireland and came to live with my mum and dad 18 months ago. To begin with I was very nervous and timid and still get very scared today, especially when the cats pinch my bed.... Mum and Dad decided to take me to Flyball to help my confidence It Worked!! I now get so excited when racing that I become very vocal whilst waiting for the lights to go green and Dad has to hold me back. I'm not as quick as some of my mates as I am a bit nosey, when I get the ball I like to have a quick look around at the other team before running back to dad. I really love this flyball game and enjoy socialising with all the other dogs & have made some great mates, oh, and Mum and Dad have a good time too.. |  |
| I am Storm and I love to give you a big sloppy kiss! I am completely bonkers. Everyone says I look like a Meercat, but that is just my markings, although I can recommend a good insurance website! You will need it with me around as I rush around everywhere knocking things over! I am just over 1 year old and so I can only do Starters competitions as I am too young for the big team. I can take or leave this Flyball game - its fun going for the ball at the other end, but I can't always be bothered to bring it back! I would much rather bounce around like a gazelle over the jumps!
